Their core expertise lies in delivering innovative products and services that meet demands for high security, high performance, and user convenience for power smart cards, mobile devices, acceptance devices, and infrastructure systems for payment, ID, access, transit, and embedded security applications.
The JOB
* Order processing for orders in Asia.
* Office support for singapore office.
Main Responsibilities
Order Processing:
* Enter purchase orders into SAP
* Prepare weekly backlog reports for customers
* Liaise with order management team in France for scheduling of shipments, advising customers of order acknowledgements and shipments
* Communicate with customers if there are changes to shipment plans
* Create new customers in SAP
* Chase for overdue payments when required
Office Admin Support:
* Assist in sending documents via courier services
* Assist in booking hotel rooms for guests and for staff who may need to travel overseas
* Ensure sufficient stationery in office and to replenish when necessary
* Liaise with suppliers (landlord, copier supplier etc) in event of machine /light breakdown
Inter-Personal Relationship:
* Internally with:
- PA Manager
- Customer Service Team in France
- Product Managers (for product code & pricing verification)
* Externally with:
- Customers (mainly China & Taiwan)
- Partners
- Suppliers
Required Experience
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English and
Mandarin
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is
compulsory
• Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous
• Minimum GCE A levels or diploma
• Fresh graduates with positive attitude & willingness to learn may apply

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
• Must have a cheerful disposition
• Ability to analyze situations and set priorities
• Must be a team player
Other Information
• Salary $1700-$2000 depending on experience
• Location: Science Park Drive
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
