My ideal flatmate is not-so-fussy, responsible and open-minded person and likes to keep home clean. Although I prefer Muslim flatmate, I welcome others even foreigners as long as one has to follow by house rules. My bachelor studio flat is simple: no water heater, washing machine (plan to buy new one asap) & cooker stove. You can keep your food in shared fridge but NO PORK/LARD food items,please. Wireless internet connection. TV. Microwave. Fan. Ironing board. Dumbbell and barbell weights and pull-up bars for your fitness. Pull-out sofa bed (intend to buy new double decker beds soon)

The short-term stay period should be up to 2 weeks' time. Unless long-term stay, we need to discuss about this if we are happy with each other. For short-term stay night, its charge is for night. For long-term stay, its charge is month with the first month rental deposit for securing trust in each other on house rules.
