Responsibilities :
• To provide information and assistance to customers and cross sell banking products in our Credit Card Centre.
• Preferably to possess experience in consumer credit review.

Requirements :
• A recognised University Degree in Business Administration.
• At least 2 years' experience in customer service in the banking and finance environment.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.
