Flea Bazaar is shifting to a better traffic crowd within West Coast Plaza… The bazaar will be located along the stretch of common atrium space which is from the Customer Service Counter to Fish & Co. It will be very visible to all shoppers within the mall J

What’s MORE, to reward early birds sign up for ALL the 4 days, Flea Bazaar will be giving away FREE STALL SELECTION WORTH $20 to the first 15 vendors whom make speedy payment to confirm their booking!!!

Lastly, each stall will be given MUCH SPACIOUS stall space… Instead of the usual stall space of 1.5m x 1.5m, Flea Bazaar is providing 1.7m (length) x 2m (width)!!! After placing the 3x3ft table provided, you still left 0.79m to play around with!!! So you have more space to “stretch” clothes rack.... and most importantly, your customers will have more space to browse through your products J

Date: 30 Apr & 1 May AND 21 & 22 May 2011 (Sat & Sun)
Venue: West Coast Plaza,  Level 1 Atrium Space (from Customer Service Counter to Fish & Co.)
Time: 11am – 9.30pm
Rental: $130 for 2 days (either on 30 Apr & 1 May OR 21 & 22 May) / $70 for 1 day
*Returned stall tenants will entitle 5% discount off on the Rental Fee ONLY. Not applicable to the below additional request.  Pls indicate your receipt no. upon registration and payment. 

WHAT YOU GET?
- A 1.7m (length) x 2m (width) space inclusive of 1 no. 3ft x 3ft table (no skirting) and 2 chairs.
- Each stall is allowed to bring own 1 clothes rack (no rack will be provided by event orgr). The height of the rack should not exceed 1.6m.
- If you choose not to use any tables at all, (ie. you will have zero tables) you are allowed to bring a maximum of two clothing racks. (pl informed us upon registration made)
- All stalls will be located within air conditioned area.
- Multiple stallholders will get priority when picking stalls upon payment to ensure that they have adjoining stalls.
- Strictly NO selling of lingerie, beauty and nail services, iphone covers, handphone pouches, kidswear, F&B, financial/trading services, pre-loved/second hand goods, illegal, pirated, imitation items allowed. Any vendors who found selling such items, will be banned from signing up the bazaar.

Advertising for bazaar event will be done through plenty of channels including Straits Times Classifieds, Gumtree, 88db, Redad, Facebook, Twitter, online forum, signages and banner will be placed on the day itself.
