Casting Call for Student Short Film: "The Little Star"

We are film students from Ngee Ann Poly.

Production Dates: Fri 11 Jan 08 to Mon 14 Jan 08

Synopsis:

A mildly retarded boy has a stormy relationship with his cleaning-lady mother who is ashamed of him.

A kind-hearted, but dying museum curator enters their lives and help reconcile their differences. 

Casting for:

1. Chinese boy. Age 8-12. Can sing.

2. Chinese female. Age 35-50. Heartlander-looking. Speaks English.

3. Female. Any Race. Age 40's-50's. Cosmopolitan. Well-spoken. Speaks simple Chinese.

As this is a student project, we can only pay talents $20 per day with meals provided.
