Finance Executive (Senior / Junior) - Singapore

Full-time

Salary Range:

S$2,000 - S$4,500 Hourly

Responsibilities:

To maintain one full set of accounts

Responsible for corporate reporting preparation & submission, local statutory compliance, audit and tax

Preparation of GST supporting schedules and submission

Handle corporate secretarial matters

Requirements:

At least Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA Level II Certified

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in keeping full sets

Around 1 year of supervisory experience is highly preferred

Good experience in using POS system and Navision

Organized and Meticulous

Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly journals and balance sheet schedules

Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor cashflow

Preparation of GST supporting schedules and submission

Maintain fixed assets register and depreciation

Handle year-end audit

Requirement:

At least Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA Certified

Around 1 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts

Good experience in Navision is an advantage

Meticulous and ability to cope with tight deadline
