I am seeking part-time or contract position in the following areas where I like to put my experiences and skills sets sharing with our local SME:
FULL SET OF ACCOUNTS FOR BOTH LOCAL SME AND MNC
A) Able to set up charts of accounts using UBS/APPAC/Easy accounting
B) Full set of accounts for tax purposes and auditing
C) Manage Cash Flow/AP/AR flow process (to maximize on company’s treasury)
My strong forte is budgeting and in depth financial analysis against “Actual” to highlight any abnormalities to management
to avoid over-run of budget.
IMPLEMENTATION – SAP FICO
I have also done 1 complete SAP implementation for Singapore Exchange involving in FICO and fully in charge of the control
side at the same time inter-act for the financial reporting ends. This role calls for business process planning with the Revenue people, IT Unit, HR, Finance Group and MIS Group (under myself) to jointly roll out the ERP. I build the FICO from scratch migrating from APPAC Accounting Systems and complete build up the MIS systems. To create the company and entities level, GL structure, Budget base, Project Accounting, Asset Accounting. I have done up the User Manual and jointly put up the business process with Arthur Andersen for FICO implementation.
l have spent a year with Business Processing Unit migrating Standard Chartered Bank's financial reporting from each Asia Pacific countries (Hong Kong, Mumbai-India, Singapore and Malaysia) to the Shared Finance Center in Chennai-India. This job calls for excellent organization skills, training skills and processes coupled with knowledge of tools and systems (for automation and standardizing the workflow).
