Position Vacant - Reservations Officer

Job Scope:

• Receive enquiries from/for tourists visiting Singapore.
• Acknowledge, workout & send out quotations.
• Source rates and availability of hotel rooms via email/online source
• Book hotels & other ground services through specified suppliers.
• Plan the tour itinerary as per the specifications
• Resolve any problems with itineraries, service, or accommodations.
• Raise customer invoice & ensure payment collection as per cut off dates.

Skills & Abilities Required

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills to convey information effectively.
• Flair for service industry.
• Logical reasoning ability.
• Proactive and smart planner
• Service & result oriented
• Excellent time management skills
• Eye for detailing

Training will be imparted to the officer/s appointed in order to enable them to perform the job well.
