Our client is a fast growing French women’s wear retail group looking for a regional brand manager for one of his brand. The role is based in Singapore; the region covered is Singapore and Malaysia.
Job description:
- Leading projects and initiatives that will maximize sales and profit growth of the brand
- Increasing sales, analyzing and monitoring commercial index
- Implementing action plans
- Evaluating and analyzing promotion results
- Maintaining a close collaboration with partners
- To ensure the timing of the guidelines sent to our partners (in SGD and MLY) and the timing of the implementation by suggesting the right organization
- Managing directly one store: checkout management, inventory control, maximization of store volume
- Working with sales teams to identify, design and create selling tools
- The development and the follow up of the employees
- Recruitment if needed
- To communicate with brand managers of both countries on the implementation of operations and rules in store
- To report directly to the SEA brand manager who will stay the main contact to both brand managers until further notice
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic person who has at least 4 years experience in retail (volume retail is preferred)
- Experience as a Store Manager or an Assistant Store Manager is required
- Innovative
- Excellent presentation
- Flexible
- Organized
- Rigorous, dynamic, with excellent communication skills
- Demanding and attached to details
- Able to adapt to a very dynamic and fast growing business model
