I am looking for an apartment for my child and myself, preferably nearby mrt. On solo income so really can't afford luxuries, just basic amenities. Looking NE or EW area. Kindly email mt.solaz@gmail.com
Would be more suitable if not co-sharing, and long term, with option to extend. Kindly advise on utilities and water which no doubt would be paid by myself. But if it can be included, that would be much more convenient, or another option is utilities are provided to a certain reasonable amount, and I'll top up if exceeds.
