Coordination and management of system development cycle from user perspective.
Manage and ensure smooth user operations.
Interface with IT, internal users and clients on system development, enhancements and user operations.
Gather user and client requirements and draft functional specifications including for new products and services.
Draft operational procedures.
Manage and coordinate systems operations with clients, internal users and IT to deliver the services to clients in accordance with applicable rules.
Addressing matters arising from credit bureau operations including data upload, searches/report fulfillment, data error/dispute correction.
