Reporting to the General Manager, providing full secretarial & administrative support.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of secretarial experience reporting to top management
independent who can interact effectively with all levels of staff;
Confident, well organized and meticulous;
Possess strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates;
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Pro-active, independent, self-driven and resourceful
willing to travel
Highly proficient in MS Office skills.
