Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the General Manager, providing full secretarial & administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of secretarial experience reporting to top management
  • independent who can interact effectively with all levels of staff;
  • Confident, well organized and meticulous;
  • Possess strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates;
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Pro-active, independent, self-driven and resourceful
  • willing to travel
  • Highly proficient in MS Office skills.
