Job Description:
  • Project assistance
  • Monthly Statistical work
  • Statistics / Presentation generation
  • Report generation
  • Contact database (Management of contacts and running a contacts data-base with ongoing updates)
  • Diary generation & timetable management
  • Monthly expenses return & credit card monitoring
  • Conference & meeting planning
  • Sending samples / chasing for samples
  • Labeling samples
  • Visa applications/Employment passes renewal
  • Hotel bookings in Singapore for visitors / for Directors outgoing
  • Hospitality Assistance to corporate visitors in Singapore
  • Travel assistance
  • Management of tech. specs (along with the persons responsible for the supplier naturally)
  • Insurance (renewal/claim)
  • Motor Vehicle maintenance - Road tax/insurance renewal
  • Event organizing for company

Requirement:
  1. Diploma or Degree holder
  2. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  4. Minimum 2 years experience as PA
  5. Pleasant and cheerful personality
  6. Have good time management and able to prioritize her work
  7. Self motivated and have self initiative
  8. Well verse in travel arrangement
  9. Able to work independently and good team player
  10. Able to work under dynamic and fast pace environment
  11. Age between 25-30
  12. Able to work with "AngMo"
