RECEPTION DUTIES1.1 All incoming calls are answered and directed to respective employees promptly and politely.1.2 Welcome all company’s visitors and assist them in locating the employees that they want to meet.1.3 Help to distribute Application Form to job applicants during walk-in interview.1.4 Courier services are properly coordinated.2.
