Temp to perm recept needed @ South Bridge Road.
Job Responsibilities
(1) Covers reception, receives guests and answers calls
(2) Handles stationery requisition, office equipment maintenance and
office administration
(3) Maintain leave administration
(4) Assists with recruitment and benefits administration
(5) Other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
" 'O' levels / A levels with at least 3 to 4 years relevant experience
" Lively and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
" Bilingual in English and Mandarin
" Conversant with Words and Excel software
Below 35 years old
Female preferred, pleasant looking
**Able to start work immediate
- Temp 1-2 weeks, possible to perm if performance is good
- Salary about $50-60 per day for temp, $1,500-1600 per month for perm.
