• Diploma/ Degree in computer studies or any other related discipline
• Good understanding of ITIL and Good ITSM practical knowledge.
• Experienced in System Development Life Cycle in application development / maintenance in one of common programming language, e.g. Java / Visual Basic
• Experienced with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.
• Experienced with Microsoft Windows Operation Systems / Unix, and relational database such as MS-SQL and Oracle.
• Good presentation / communication / writing skill.
• Willing to travel when the need arises.

Advantageous to have:

• Actual project experience in ITSM Tool implementation (from requirement study, to implementation and maintenance support)
• Pre-sales and consultancy experience on ITSM Tool (e.g. HP SM 7.0 and above, or/and BMC Remedy ver. 6 and above).
• Service Desk / Technical Service / Facilites Management exposure.
