A well established and prestigious real estate DEVELOPER is inviting fresh graduates to join their expanding Sales & Marketing Team to promote and market their exclusive and high end condominiums.

Responsibilities:
Successful applicants will undergo in house training, in carry out the full sales cycle from initial contact, to qualification, lead development, negotiation and closure.
Job scope includes sales administration and documentation, handover of sold units, customer service management and developing and marketing database.

Requirements:
Degree/diploma holder in Property/Real Estate, Marketing, Mass communication or any related discipline
Good spoken English and Mandarin preferred
Must be outspoken and disciplined
Singaporeans and S'pore Permanent Residents are welcome!
Working Conditions
Working hours/days - 5.5 days/week. Require to work during weekends or public holidays
Annual leaves - 14 days
Benefits - Medical/dental/transport by taxi are claimable
13th month AWS with performance bonus
