- Minimum 6-7 years of SAP FICO experience
- Deep understanding of FICO business processes and FICO sub-modules like FI-GL, AR, AP, AA, CO-PC,PCA, CCA,PA,ML, ECCS is mandatory
- The candidate will be working on 3Com worldwide project/support objectives.
- Participate in change management
- Assist in creating strategies/approaches for meeting project timelines
- Assist in knowledge transfer for project teams including cross training within the team
- On-call support for emergency S1/S2 outages
- Ensure Sarbanes Oxley 404 Compliance and assist with external audits
- Work closely with business representatives to understand & fulfill business requirements
- Work closely with team members to meet customer SLAs as well as project deadlines
- Provide business and technical expertise in the production of user- and management-oriented project documents
- Ability to meet the timeline and deliverables pro-actively
- Good communication, analytical skills, strong perseverance, a high degree of initiative and independence with the ability to work with people from various backgrounds/cultures coupled with strong customer and partner interface..
