The company services customers in the marine and shipyard industries, oil and gas industries and construction and infrastructure companies. The company provides maintenance services, replacement units for backup and 24 hour call as part of the rental services provided.
Seeking a dynamic, confident and initiative team player who can communicate and work independently well across all levels of colleagues and Directors, to join as secretary.
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the director.
• Handle general correspondence, confidential documents and have a proper filing system for easy retrieval of information
• Manage personal calendars, meeting, and appointments
• Prepare agendas, presentation slides, report and minute taking
• Assist in the preparation of project quotations
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
• Certificate or Diploma in Secretary and other related field
• Well-versed in MS Office applications.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role

• Excellent command of the English language (read and write) and Mandarin (oral) and good communication skills
