Senior HR Executive

Our client has a diversified portfolio in Asia with a current focus in singapore , China , Vietnam , India and Indonesia . With Asia ’s rapid developments and dynamic progress, the company is expanding aggressively to meet the challenges ahead. To support their regional focus, they would like to invite candidates with the caliber and talents to be part of their growing and dynamic team of HR professionals.

Requirements

• Degree, preferably majoring in Human Resource Management.
• At least 4 years of HR functions with focus on recruitment and staffing.
• Good understanding of labour laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Team player with positive working attitude.
• Preferably with experience in stand-up training.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Working experience in real estate industry and China is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Regional recruitment and staffing.
• Advertisements of regional job openings on the internet.
• Conduct employee orientation programmes.
• Manage travel arrangements for relocation of staff.
• Preparation of overseas budget report.
• Rendering support in ad hoc HR projects.
