Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

-       Overall In-Charge of the Business Development and Marketing Activities

-       Identify all Marketing and Promotion Materials for Business Development efforts

-       Offer Maintenance and Engine Upgrading Service Packages to owners existing and potential customers

-       Maintain the Profitability of the Business by putting in tight cost controls

-       responsible for the Work Performance of the Employees to meet the Company’s Objectives

-       Manage the Training and Retention Plans for Employees

Requirements:

-       Min Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Business Management or relevant qualifications

-       Min 5 years of experience in Supervisory and Managerial role

-       Strong in Leadership and Organizing Abilities

-       Experience in the Business Development of European Continental cars will be an advantage

-       Strong in controls over inventory movements and purchasing

-       Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese & Chinese Dialects

-       Possess a valid class 3 driving licence

-       Highly committed to the job
