Student hostel //Short or Long Term accommodation purposes We have 2 terrace house at serangoon road 999L and 1017 in Singapore (3 minute from Boon keng MRT and 1mins to bus stop) for either Short or Long Term accommodation purposes and other services. There is NO Agency Commission to pay or worry about. Each and every rooms comes fully furnished with utilities and internet access included No hidden costs.  Rental is $700 per month for one student,we will do housekeeping once a week (4 times a month) services include changing of bedsheet, pillow cases, sanitizing of blanket,and also we will do laundry for students and generally cleaning on an basis of S$50 per session upon request.
