Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales activity and technical support for Sales team

• Providing technical documents to Contractors/Customers

• To perform testing & commissioning for security equipment Installation

• To carry out security equipment testing & troubleshooting

• Troubleshooting & configuring of routers and networking

• On-site technical support for customers

• Product research & development

• Produce service report

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in electronics / Electrical / Telecommunications / Information Technology

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Security system/CCTV system/PA/PABX/Access Control/Time & Attendance System

• Fresh Graduates can be considered

• AutoCAD knowledge

• Customer focused with strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to speak/write English & Chinese and speak local dialects preferred

• Possess own transport

• Singaporeans and PR preferred
