Ø     Conduct Testing on ASYST products 300mm and 200mm wafers “SMIF”      ISOPORT, INDEXER, VERSAPORT, LPT, ROBOT and ALINER to the      Manufacturing  groups to achieve targeted yield and improve process flow.       Ø     Final Integration  and final testing of the WAFER HANDLING MACHINES.                                                                                 Ø     Achieved Production Target by Performing Troubleshooting and repair Work on Machines to Minimize the Equipment Downtime.Ø     Lead A Team Of Operators And Technicians To Achieve The Daily Output And Cycle Time Target. Ø     Participate In Kaizen Continuous Improvement Programs To Achieve Overall Production Yield, Quality And Cost.Ø     Responsible for developing, modifying and maintaining test station.Ø     Interact With Subcontracts On All Technical Issues And Drive Improvement Initiation.Ø     Drive Continuous Improvement in Quality and Reliability issues.Ø     Providing documentation, procedures and helping to develop solutions from problems such as yield improvement, cost delivery, quality and reliability of product line.Ø     Prepare the Document, which will Send to Customer Like COC.Ø     Mast Mechanical Alignment.               Ø     Motors, Electronic modules, power supply, manifold, 5’X Aligner                      assembly and Testing & Troubleshooting.Ø     Backbone and Base assembly, Cables Routing.              Achievements:                              

·        Achieve 50% Manpower and Space Gain by KAIZEN activities.

·        Having exposures in Six Sigma Lean.·        Set up flexi-line (Kaizen)
