1. No Monitor, MS Office, disk Burning software / Recovery Disc, Speakers, Power Cord, VGA cable, Keyboard and Mouse. Simply put, just the system unit(Hardware).

2. Do expect some wear & tear, staint and/or scratches as the system is used.

3. Genuine Windows Xp Home SP3 installed on 27 May 2010, COA sticker on side panel.

4. AGP card operates at 4x due to m/b limitation.

5. Test on-the-spot 3 days personal warranty(Carry-in).

6. Self-Collect at Woodlands. Delivery can be done on weekend at seller's convenient, add $20. Free delivery within Woodlands, Admiralty, Marsiling or Sembawang Area. For delivery, seller won't be able to stay for testing. Also, upfront $20 deposit, via internet banking or ATM transfer required (Regardless of location) so as to rule out possibility of "Phantom" buyer.
